At Iron Heart, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
